These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products (“Products”) listed on goldmindcounselling.com.au (the “Website”) operated by Gold Mind Counselling. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms regarding product sales, delivery, payments, refunds, and use of personal information:
1. Products & Descriptions
Our products primarily include sound healing instruments and accessories, sourced through trusted third-party suppliers. While we make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately, please be aware that actual items may vary slightly due to differences in supplier availability or product updates.
2. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. This is not a confirmation of acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity).
We use a dropshipping model, which means your products are shipped directly from our supplier’s location. This allows us to provide a diverse range of products while minimizing delays and overheads.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
We accept payment via secure channels such as Stripe, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.
Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Shipping Carriers and Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout using Australia Post based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- You will be shown the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4.2 Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or regional deliveries may take longer.
- We currently ship within Australia only. International orders are not supported at this time.
- In the event of supplier delays or stock issues, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a refund.
4.3 Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
4.4 Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete.
- We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address submissions.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the nature of our fulfilment model.
5.2 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described:
- Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
- Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund upon validation.
5.3 Incorrect or Missing Items
- If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- We will investigate and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
5.4 Return Conditions (If applicable)
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned via a trackable service.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our end.
5.5 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or product defect.
6. Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed by our supplier. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to assist with a cancellation – please contact us immediately at [email protected].
7. Product Warranty
Our suppliers may offer manufacturer warranties on some products. Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require coordination with the original manufacturer. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Gold Mind Counselling shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the products or inability to use our products or website.
- All products are intended for personal wellbeing and wellness use and are not to be considered as medical devices or substitutes for professional medical advice.
- In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on goldmindcounselling.com.au, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Gold Mind Counselling or its licensors.
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of this content is prohibited.
10. Customer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to:
- Provide accurate shipping information.
- Carefully inspect your order upon arrival.
- Reach out promptly in the event of any issues.
